What service can we offer you?

We offer a professional and affordable service, offering discretion at all times. We understand how important it is to get this right, and we know how emotional it can be. Most importantly we will provide you with a Will tailored to meet your individual needs.

We meet with you either at our offices in Hazlemere near High Wycombe, or in the comfort of your own home or place of work. We can meet with you in the evening as well (after all you have to work too)..

Explaining the service we provide..

When we confirm an appointment with you we’ll send out a confirmation letter, along with this we’ll also send out:

• Pre-meeting questionnaire and Financial analysis - this will help you understand the information that will be asked during the first appointment, and the financial analysis will identify how your estate is made up. This information does not have to be completed, but it really helps if you’ve read through it, and put some thought into your wishes at least.
• Our Letters of engagement – these are our terms of business which explains the service we provide and what we will do for you. It explains about our membership with the I.P.W. and it outlines our indemnity and liability insurances.
• Executors & Trustees, and Guardian leaflets – these outline the responsibilities of these roles, and gives you a few ideas to think about when considering who to choose to fill these important positions.
• Price list – we are open with our pricing and we want to share this information with you from the outset.

1st Appointment

We talk with you about why you want a Will, and what you want your Will to do.

We need to talk about your estate in detail, this includes questions about how much your property is worth, whether you have life cover policies in place, how they are setup, whether you have investments, pensions, or if you have any debt? Do you have children or dependents that need to be taken into consideration?

This information helps us build a picture of your estate and allows us to suggest ways of writing your Will in the most tax efficient way possible, taking into account your wishes.

If any amendments need to be made we can still make them at this stage.

2nd Appointment

We will bring your bound Will to the appointment, we will talk through the Will once more and make sure you understand the instructions and wishes that your Will contains. Once your are happy with it, and in the presence of two witnesses you will sign and date your Will, and then your two witnesses will sign and date your Will too.

Your Will is now in place and valid! Congratulations!
