From Spring 2012 Wilkes Wills will be offering a “Hassle Free” probate Service. Wilkes Wills will be taking a different approach from most Solicitors and other Probate Administrators:

• An initial consultation for only £55 (up to 2hrs appt. The fee will be refunded if you carry out work with us).

• We will offer a fixed hourly rate for our services.

• You can choose what help you need from us. Some things you may be able to do by yourself, other things you might want us to help you with.

• Executor & Trustee advice services. Helping to point them in the right direction.

We will be offering our Probate Services to our clients with our Professional Indemnity Insurance of £2million and our Public Liability Insurance of £5million. Not all private probate practitioners carry such levels of protection for their clients.
